Traditional detached country cottage situated in a small hamlet (we are the owners of this hamlet). The cottage is light and spacious (100 m²) it has got in it’s west end a covered terrace with grill, table and chairs. Also a private garden with lawn, sun deck chairs, benches, sun umbrellas, outdoor games for children. A yard in front of the house and parking spaces.For 4 - 6 persons • Ground floor : Kitchen with old open fireplace fitted with an « insert » old oak beams, eating corner, gas cooker/oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.. Dining room, beams, table and chairs, dresser. Lounge (40m²) with old open fireplace, beams, colour TV satellite Astra (CNN, Sky News, MTV…) and French TV, video recorder, sofa with armchairs, table, chairs, old breton wooden trunk. • Upstairs : - Big bedroom with large wardrobe, bed (180 cm), private shower room with washbasin - Opposite landing 2nd bedroom, wardrobe, 1 bed (140 cm) plus 2 bank beds (90 cm)... - Separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower... |
