This farmhouse is an old farmhouse from the 19th century stone that will welcome you in its garden of 4000 m 2 or around the fireplace. The environment is extremely quiet, and you will find less than 2 km from the most beautiful beaches of the pink granite coast. Mountain bike routes less than 100 m from the cottage. You will find less than 5 km from the House, a golf course, tennis courts, a casino, a sailing club, a ropes course, a port, a sea water swimming pool, rent a kayak, a multitude of restaurants, the surrounding islands day cruises... This House consists of 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 single room).
The 60 m2 with fireplace living room has a pool table.
The House is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a washing machine.
It has a bathroom (walk-in shower), two toilets and one of the rooms is equipped with a piece of furniture with washbasin and mirror.
